Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

A refund or replacement is applicable under the following conditions:

✅ The wrong item was delivered.

  • Minor variations in color or design (handcrafted products may have slight differences).

  • Damage caused by mishandling or improper care.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized orders.

Step 1: Report the Issue

  • Customers must raise a refund or return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect item along with the packaging.

Step 2: Verification & Approval

  • Our team will verify the issue within 3-5 business days after receiving the request.

  • If approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement as per customer preference.

Step 3: Return & Refund Processing

  • If required, customers must return the product in its original condition.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after return approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Online Payments (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.) → Refund to the same payment source.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders → Store credit or bank transfer.

Replacement Policy

  • If the product is damaged, we offer a free replacement instead of a refund.

  • If the replacement item is out of stock, a full refund will be provided.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
